Refunds:

Glass & pottery products are non-refundable except in the case of being received damaged, and must be reported within 24 hours from receiving it. Please take photos of the damaged item(s) and email them to us at support@itsalana.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Other non-breakable products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from receiving it. Please email us at support@itsalana.com with your order number and reason for your return or exchange, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Exchanges:

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

 

Shipping:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged.
